Do you think you have the coolest mask? Join our contest to find out! Using the Google Form below, submit a picture of your unique mask by January 29th.

On February 3rd, voting will be open, so tell your friends to vote for your mask! The winner will receive a $10 Amazon egift card (which will be sent through email). Second and third place winners will receive $5 Amazon gift cards.

Directions to enter:

1. Take a picture of your mask (you can choose whether or not to wear it).
2. Submit the picture to the Google Form below.
3. Starting February 3rd, tell your friends to go onto our site and vote for your mask!
